HOW TO ORDER
1. Send original B&W or color photos, 35mm slides or negatives. All items are returned with order or under a separate wrapper.
2. Complete Order Form. Include necessary typesetting information (caption, statistics, logos, etc.) Include rough layout if desired.
3. Include payment (check or money order). Proofs by fax or mail, include $5 each. Please call with any questions.
